This coffee undergoes the time-honored Giling Basah wet-hulling process, yielding a luxuriously viscous body with balanced acidity. The cup unfolds with rich dark chocolate and dried fruit undertones, grounded by an assertive earthiness that gracefully persists through the aftertaste.
Sourced directly from the Takengon highlands of Aceh, this Sumatran coffee is cultivated through partnership with Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan cooperative, ensuring traceability and support for regional farming communities.
